Flor de Caña Factory

Chichigalpa town is well known for its factories, one of them is the San Antonio sugar factory and the Flor de Caña Rum factory we will visit. At the preferred time your driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Chichigalpa. After 20 minutes you will arrive at the entrance where the driver will pay for the entrance fees and you will receive a bracelet and brochure of the tour, then your English speaking guide will welcome you and start the visit. The tour includes visits to the Rum Vault (Slow Aged), Rum Barrel Operational Area, Video Presentation, Introduction and Sample to Rum Tasting by the Rumelier and finally the Flor de Caña Museum / Bar & Gift-Shop. This Tour is a must for people who like to see, experience and learn about one of the world’s most famous liquors. For those who like to drink, there is the rum-bar to finalize your tour.
