The hotel offers nineteen deluxe suites in two charming colonial style buildings, along with a full service marina.
The first phase of hotel development included two and three story buildings, for a total of 19 large suites.The Building Delfin has eight executive suites on first and second floors with the entire third floor comprising the Presidential Suite. This elegant suite includes two full size bedroom suites with a large common area, a living room in which to entertain or relax. Step through the double French doors onto a large furnished terrace which runs the length of the living room.The Building Caballo de Mar also boasts eight suites on first and second floors, but has two Master Suites on the third floor. Large double doors open from each bedroom to a comfortable adjoining living room.Each suite is lavishly appointed with imported marble and tile. A large Simmons pillow-top king size bed ensures a restful night sleep, and each suit features a sofa/sleeper bed, refrigerator and cable TV. Open the French doors and step onto your private terrace for a spectacular view of the deep azure waters of Aserradores.Relax and unwind in one of our spacious hydro-massage whirlpools. All suites are air conditioned for comfort, and they have all the amenities one would expect of a top- level hotel.
The hotel features one restaurant, where their main dining room is a testament to elegance and grace. Located in the Yacht Club, the main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from a truly imaginative menu. Start with a specialty of the region, Coctel La Perla, a delicious seafood cocktail of locally harvested black clams, or try the Puesta del Sol, a tender sirloin steak with béarnaise sauce. For those who favor seafood, they offer the Cariño del Mar; a fresh sea bass stuffed with surimi. These are plenty of choices available from their creative kitchen. For the little ones, they include a child's menu with all the favorites available. The main dining room in the yacht club will seat eighty and because of its large and spacious size, which can be converted into convention, seminar, or meeting area. The hotel also offers the Palapa bar with full service and relaxation for all guests.Palapa Bar One of the first things they did while building the marina was to retrofit the existing fixed steel pier. They expanded the platform, built a palapa or palm frond and wood roof structure and added a full service bar with ample seating. The Palapa on the water has proven to be a favorite relaxation area because of the gentle breezes and great view. They also provide full meal service under the palapa for great outdoor dining.
